Gas against booking no 746815 not delivered to me,at my address

I want to change my address within same area . Previously my address was on lane number 2 but I moved to new residence in lane number 10 .
What documents is required to change my address

Not able to contact Sri Gokula Indane.
Alao there i need to remove suspension for fillinf online KYC.

January 2020 se ek bhi subsidiary nhi mila hai jabki Maine 3 gas iss saal 2020 Mae uthaya hai.2019 December Tak mujhe subsidiary mila hai lekin 2020 Mae ek bhi nhi mila hai kripya iski janch ki Jaye.

I Amod KUMAR, customer of your gas agency from last four years. In the month of July I got transferred from Patna to Mumbai, ambernath, Maharashtra, so I got transferred from my gas connection from your agency to Bharat gas agency, ambernath west, Maharashtra because in Ambernath indane gas agency was not available. After getting connection in Mumbai, Bharat gas agency told me that your aadhaar is link with your previous agencies . So you plz told them they removed from their system and send images to your email address. But from last 10 days I am trying to do so but my work till not completed. I am calling regularly daily 20 times on admin no 93349 37409. Not a single response getting from that side.
Please check the above subject and do the needful as soon as possible.

Security money not refund after connection transfer from Patna to varanasi

I have registered an order for cylinder refill few days ago and got a msg that order has been delivered, but It's not delivered yet. Trying to connect with SRI GOKHULA INDANE on all shared number, unfortunately none of the numbers are working.
