my order no. SO217413681. i have order 2 pcs. V8 bluetooth smart watch with sim and TF card support for android.
we received only 1 pcs. i have call customer care and inform him. also mail and chat with sales man. but not revert my money or not received watch. please give the reply mail or call om mo. 9718247233. otherwise i will go to eagle work/ FIR.

I booked an order online for 6 (Six) items including respected payment with amount of Rs. 3430.60 on dated- 16.11.19 to Club Factory with Order Number: SO198401130, SO198401131, SO198401132, SO198401133, SO198401134 & SO198401135. Regarding this items & order no. - SO198401132 & SO198401133 I received two fake sms massage from AXDLHVRY (DELHIVERY CPURIER) on dated- 21.11.19 at about 8:45 AM I. e. “Your Club Factory package with AWB30081112458790 & AWB 30081111825264 will be delivered today”,Whereas I not receive any delivery neither any delivery people coming at my home... same day again I received two fake sms massage from VMLoveCF at about 2:35 PM I. e. “[Club Factory] Your package 30081112458790 & 30081111825264 for SO198401133 & SO198401132 has been delivered successfully”. I was surprised by this situation, while its delivery was not delivered to me by delhivery or others courier.Regarding this I lodge FIR on dated-14.11.19 to my nearest police station as well complain to customer care of club factory. but matter is very regretted that till now no refund has been made after several request on chat, customer care & mail.

As I am not getting any communication from your end, please cancel my order and refund my money as above.

Also take back Item no 1 (as mentioned above) and refund that also.
