I am trying to get appoitment ftom last few days but no one is taking my call in Rajouri clinic dermatec. This is quite disappoiting.

This is to inform that the clinic is in hygienic, all hair scattered, no cleaning, staff chatting at highest level, manager relaxed as place is full of clients, no response from them, pl send someone for cheque.. Lazer done on my daughters face has given some allergy, ..we are going to Kaya..delhi now..

I attended the clinic on August 21 for an appointment to remove hair for the body, but during the method of removal it was not satisfactory and I tried to inform the person in charge of that, and she said to go back to the clinic after a week. I have withdrawn from repeating the removal session for the whole body, and the hair has not been completely removed from my body, and I have not obtained any correct services... I hope that the concerned authorities will reconsider my problem with this branch of the clinic by repeating the removal session by refunding the payment amounts... knowing that I I took a package of 66,000 rupees with a down payment of 130,00 rupees and the rest of the amount in installments every month 6,600 rupees through Bajaj financ,
Now I need refund my amount or repeat my this session properly and take care for my session that it would be done properly 0kk ,

Kindly resolve my this issue as soonpossible ible

I visited to your Chandigarh clinic in August as I am having melazma issue on face the counselor advised me prp n dermaroller also she assured me that 70 to 80 percent my issue will resolve from this she adviced me some of their products like facewash , spf n all which I bought doctor gave me treatment and suggest medicine to eat also she advised me skinlite cream n kojic cream I told both the counselor n doctor that the skinlite cream has steroids also share about the bad reviews of skinlite which are on Google but doctor told me for melazma treatment we use this I took 4 sessions for prp n same for dermaroller December was the last session but now my skin become so sensitive my melazma is worst doctor advised me to take some another treatment already I invested lot of money n get nothing I need the solution it's your duty to give proper treatment when you are charging high amount

Its been more than 10days that i am waiting for my refund
