I would like to register a complain against TATA SWACH for their product Tata Swach Viva Silver UV+UF i have complaint multiple time but don’t get any response.
I started receiving poor performance from the product for which I got in touch with the customer service number of the company on 1800 258 5858 and registered my complain on 2nd Mar 2019. The complain number was CRMH02032020257487. As per their company norms a registered complain is to be sorted out in 4 working days, however the complain was not sorted out in their stipulated working time and after my repeated contacting they register my new complaint on July under Complaint no CRAP 4179. New complain is also 1 month old but still no resolution received and no one is responding on it now.

Hii sir i am raghuraman from Hyderabad.. i am purchased tata desire+ 27 litres gravity water filter from Amazon before 10 days .. i am watched video.. first clean bulb with sringe more than 3 times and fixed properly.. i am poured water in filter.. filtered 3 times after that we started drinking water.. i am using municipal corporation water for filteration.. but problem is tata swach bulb not working properly because first my wife got Thorat infection cough cold and fever.. now i got same problem i am called your customer care he take complaint and didn't respond promptly .. he told me your problem will solve in 72 hours... I need update from you what's going on ? I am believed brand tata is no 1 in market that's way i am blindly buy your product but now my family all are sick by water.
I am requesting to as soon as possible please solve my problem
