I have claimed for some medical expenses and the account number is 000501510301 and IFSC code is ICIC0003379 and I given cancel check but I received the mail from you in that email the account number given is not my Medi assist ID number is 4001079735. And my insure claim number is TP003152500219000001496. So please do the needful and look at the same. And i have send two emails regarding this.

I had submitted all documents of RE and LE both eyes original documents dt 6 oct,7oct 2023.they had reimbursed RE rs 48000.00 on 25-1-2024.but not reimbursed LE eye done on 6 oct.so please verify and reimburse LE eye cataract surgery amount.
LE cataract surgery amount rs 48000.00 has to reimburse.
