I booked a complain on 5th June regarding the refund of 100% amount of traveling due to breakdown of Himachal holiday Volvo yet I have not received any slove mail from your side. I have already booked a complaint in National consumer form , so my new docket no is 1414486 l hope you will reply with in coming this week otherwise I will have to file a case against.

You are not giving any valuable solutions an doing ignore from last 20 days.
