I myself harish mittal,am very disappointed with the service by your ticket checking guy...i am having ticket of 4.30 show dated 30-mar-21,i am standing in a queue and wait for my turn to scan barcode of my online ticket and for entry, suddenly one other person who was not in queue came and start to fill entry in register when i asked your staff why this person is not coming in queue,he replied me in very bad manner and looked at me at anger face,i want to know this is the service of one the best mall in agra,he is not feeling sorry for this behaviour,i am writing this complaint so that noone can face such issue in future.. waiting for your response...my contact no is 9557359506..
