    This is to inform you that one packet to be collected from my Residence or from my office on behalf of FAIRCENT (Fairassets Technologies India Pvt Ltd). So I have received two calls from Ecom Express and the number is 011416640500. But the matter is that the Man who called me, not waiting for my answer, as he just ask me "Are you rupam nath, can you hear me" and cut the call. What is this ? He should call me once again because some problems would be occured at that time in the Phone. So I call back to the said number..but there was no ringing. My questin is that why you called me just once time ?? Why did not you call me 2nd time ??

    Cheated by ezeekart by giving a cheap item also it's a fake product. I ordered a JBL bluetooth speaker with an earpod and those idiots give a T&G speaker and its cost is very much cheaper. I lost my 1900 ruppees. They don't have refund or replace option. You delivered the item but you are the responsible person for this so please refund my amount 1900 ruppees.

    I ordered 4 kurtis but I got only 3 and I was not satisfied with the clothing also soo I planned to return it and yesterday morning a delivery boy came to collect the parcel back and gave him both the parcels which I was not supposed tooo give and dint know this thing at that time I thought he came for collecting both parcels and I gave him both and now that page people got only one parcel it seems one parcel is missing and I am unable to contact that delivery boy also now its connecting to customer care now and I am unable to know what's happening can you please let meee know where is the other parcel now and contact that delivery boy and ask.

    Can you please find out what happened and it went wrong and let mee know....

    Hi Team,
    on flipkart one shipment booked my younger brother on the name of Guddu Raghav..now he is not available at given address That's Why he called me for taking the parcel from Ecom then we have visited at office but ECOM manager behaviour is not good and talking with us as ruidly and says to me we will not give you of this parcel..
    @i just want to know why he is denying for the same..if i am sharing all the details regarding of concern shipment..
    @i am feeling very bad experience with the ECOM Service..So,kindly check with the manager and arrange the delivery of concern shipment..Otherwise we have to go on Twitter & Facebook for regarding poor service of ECOM..

This is the worst service form ecom express and customer cheating customer from Tiptur ecom express team.In website wrong e mail I’d mention and product is picked by Thursday August 5th 21 @12:32 PM.Still now no response from your team.

    Wrong packet picked up and instead of picking 1 item, 3 items were picked.
    All 3 items were packed in single packet thus showing as 1 parcel and returned to amazon seller.
    The seller (aglare) was correct but instead of picking the seller’s 1 item, courier boy picked up 3 other items wrongly and packed all 3 items in a single packet and delivered it to amazon seller (aglare).

    We are from a Garments company named Ethniccotler. Which works to reach the garments to the people. In First Few Days (September) Your Company Ecom Express Shows Tracking Status Delivered By Ethniccotler 2 Return Process Parcel Without not Delivering To Ethniccotler. While both these parcels have not been received by my company. And the POD of both is also wrong. Due to this nature, our company is suffering a lot. status of parcel.

    2. AWB:5527763219 Courier: Ecom Express Reverse tracking Status : 20 sep. delivered
    We have also complained about this in Ecom Express on 20th September. And continue to get status information on Ecom express helpline number, as well. But always the answer is that your complaint is in process. But till now we have not received any peaceful response.
    We request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. End get Ecom express parcel or refund provide to Ethniccotler as soon as possible.

    This company should just shut down as quickly as possible. End to end their services are rubbish, starting from delivery boys to customer service representatives and their so called higher officials. They just come to office probably to only rub the chairs and make them warm. They don't provide any services to customers but instead just annoy them. They have some bloody useless policies like trying to attempt deliveries thrice even after customer refuses to accept them in the first attempt itself. They are a whole lot of disgraceful people and workers. I just truly hope and wish that this company just gets shutdown because they don't seem to care about anything and such people don't deserve any payment or profits.

    The e-com courier service in Deodar taluka where the customer gets the OTP by calling and cancels the order and the office has not received any satisfactory answer and where the courier service has to deliver home, the customer is called to the office for courier and If the office does not go to pick up the courier, the delivery man cancels the order. If the customer does not get the facility, there is no need to order online and there is no need for your courier service.

    This is to inform you that I had a ordered which should have delivered on Monday as 15th August as per received message from ECOM which yet to be delivered but yesterday as received notification from decathlon that order has been delivered successfully. Even I didn't get any call and OTP which ECOM has to be taken at the time of delivery product . How can it be possible it. Please look into this on top most priority basis.

    I jave checked on online tracking portal where it is reflected that delivered on 15th as well. I have been doing online purchasing since long and Evom delivers The products properly but how can executive make this mistake

    Please be informed that your delivery persons don't attempt any deliveries and falsify the system stating that doors locked or addresses not found. This is not at all acceptable. I have been waiting for my shipment (AWB No.3041319468) for the past 5-6 days. Every time I get a message that my shipment will be delivered today however it is not being delivered stating the reason address not found. To my utter surprise, I am getting all the shipments on the given address. It seems only E-com Express is unable to do it. The delivery boy did not even call me on the contact number provided. So, this is just an excuse, I am sure. With this approach you will not be able to survive in this competitive world. Pathetic service.
