The worst service experience I have ever faced. This is a fraud company. they are making false statements. They are irresponsible to their customers. they are the liers. They all are the bunch of crooks. They all are shameless person. Who only telling lies to their customers. They don't understand the concern of their customer. They are cheat

THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPLAIN NUMBER.
WE HAD GIVEN A COMPLAIN ON 28TH OF JUNE AND TODAY IT HAS BEEN MORE THEN 7 DATS BUT NO ONE HAS TURNED UP OR CALLED REGARDING THE SAME EVEN AFTER REPEATED REMONDERS BY US ON THE TOLLFREE NUMBER ALMOST EVERYMORNING.
THE LAST COMPLAIN FOR THE SAME ISSUE WAS ON 25TH MAY COMPLAIN NO KOL218052200002 WHERE THE PERSON HAD CHARGED RS 3500-00 BUT THE MACHINE DID NOT EVEN WORK FOR A MONTH.
CANT EXPECT THIS FROM A COMPANY LIKE VESTAR..
REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE SAME ASAP OR ELSE WE WOULD HAVE NO OPTION BUT MOVE CONSUMER FORUM.

VESTAR AC NOT WORKING LAST 2 MONTH

3 Ac were purchased last year..... A regular service within warranty period was asked from the dealer Shadaab electronics against which a person came and started wiping ac with a dry cloth and said this is all which company provides in service.. is this the service?
Before this my ac old ac was also vestar... I am a regular buyer of vestar ... Nothing like this happened prior to this ... See and let me know at earliest......with regards

I brought split AC 1.5 ton in 2021. At the time of purchase it was offered with 3 free services and 5 years warranty. Now they are asking for service charges which is 1100 + vat. However they also need 2 services in a year to maintain the warranty of 5 years. Seriously I have been cheated with this and I am really dissatisfied with their services for customers. I have logged complaint for ac service and no one called me nor visited to addressed my complaint. I swear this is my last product which I have purchased from them also I will never ever recommend Vestar to anyone. Don’t buy it go for a good brand.
