Hi ,

This is regarding my application number 35796 on which I have submitted my relivent documents for duplicate copy of my 10th marksheet to the newly opened BSEB regional office Vikaspuri Delhi on 8th January. It was lost during Bihar flood in 2017. It is very hard to get the documents collected from different departments in which I had suffered. However I've given them all said documents.

Several times I've contacted to the concern RO regarding the same but getting no results dispite of false commitment. They are saying that all the process has been done from their end only they've to print the marksheet from DMS portal but as the server is down from last two weeks they are unable to do so.


I just wanted to know " Is this how BSEB is working ???? Just for a printout I'm struggling and now they're even not responding my call..as the landline remain busy every time 011-40800028. I've to submit my academic qualification to my company HR or if in case of fail I could've lost my newly joined job. We all know due to covid many people have lost their jobs...I'm also one of them. I'm suffering a lot mentally and physically due to this kindly help me out with this.


Request you to please look into this matter and do the needful asap.

Myself Nivedita, My college NIEPMD has sent letter from muttukaddu chennai to Bihar board budh marg office regarding intermediate certificate verification of mine that received on 21st December,2023 but till now no reply came to my college, it's my humble request please send reply as soon as possible as it is important for my degree certificate.
Whatever email id is given that is not working that's why i m writing here please sir it's a humble request don't play with students career because we are the one who are representing Bihar in other state don't make us regret to choose Bihar board.
