    My water purifier is not working since long time. I several times inform to seller but he did not take any steps.
    For your kind information I would like to inform you that my purifier till now in warranty period.
    Kindly take inneciative from your end and give me relief from my daily headache.

    Sir/Madam,                      I am Santanu Chakraborty, on behalf of my mother Smt. Purnima Chakraborty of address- Laupala,Ward No-4, Subarnapur, Haringhata, Nadia, West Bengal, PIN- 741249, M- 8443870133, 9331906461,  am complaining you on behalf of my mother that I have bought the Propello water purifier on 04/08/2019 and I had opted for 3 years of AMC / maintenance and it was starting on and from 04/08/2019 to 04/08/2022. But recently after servicing a few days ago the TDS of water goes very down as 3 to 7 .  I bought a water purifier from you(Propello) except Aquaguard, Kent to get good service . But even after repeated calls and mails to propello's service people and office (on 20th June, 2022 and more) to Susanta Ghosh, Soumitra, who is the technician,  have not received any support or help from them and along with propello's office or company till now. I have also talked to customer care several times, but till now my problem is not solved even assured when phone call, and I have to buy drinking water from outside, company's water purifier is useless. I have a contract with Propello to supply me with good purified water for 3 years as AMC vide contract no is CHMC19200034, but they are breaking that contract. If the problem is not resolved within a day or two I will be forced to move to the proper court of Law and I will be forced to seek legal help and all liability including all costs will therefore fall on The Propello company.

    I HAD BOOKED A SERVICE REQUEST UNDER DOCKET NUMBER D231030000069 BEFORE SEVERAL DAYS AND CONTACT YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR SEVERAL TIMES BUT MY REQUEST IS YET TO BE ATTEND.I HAVE A 3 YEARS AMC WITH YOUR END. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY MEASURES.

    We've service contract of three years each for Ritz kitchen chimney and karvy water purifier RO.
    Even after creating docket on 6th December no technician has called.

    6th December I called your customer care number 18001210600 for service request for
    Ritz kitchen chimney and
    karvy water purifier RO
    at my
    Garfa (Kolkata -700075)
    residence.

    The docket numbers were
    D231206000120 for water purifier
    &
    D231206000119 for the chimney.

    Since then I've called five times but I'm yet to receive any call from any technician.
    Each time the executive on call assured me that a technician would call me.
    I've been a customer for many years and this is the first time I'm experiencing such lapse in service.
