I happened to book a cab from my residence to Mumbai airport T2 on 21st June and I paid the fare upfront through UPI after the trip started. Post arrival, driver asked me difference of fare of 228/- in cash. To my surprise how is that possible when I maid full fare upfront at the starting of trip and difference it arose later. I also did not happen to change my route and no instructions were also given to driver. The difference of 228/- is still not paid by me. I am ready to pay but online provided OLA gives me justification of this increase of fare which I think is unusal. If you are also in sync with me then either you waive the add-on charges levied or provide me justifications and link to pay the balance through online or provide provision to pay through app. Pls send me mail to this effect
