I have returned a item two week ago but still I haven't got any response neither any refund

I have on line purchased sling bag which has been delivered but item is not as per my expectation and I want to return the same.

I have purchased mobile online on dated 24feb, delivery data mentioned 25th feb at 9pm delivered location, but still product not received yet but in online status is showing we have tried to attempted at 8:30pm on 25th feb, how thats possible bcus of nothing to call received from amazon side.
