Since last three days we are not receiving the Hathway cable signals. The cable operator is not attending phone calls.Expeting better service.

How much the installation charges ?
How much for the monthly subscription ?
Can I use my old Videocon D2H Or Big TV Dish For your connection ?
Please guide me for the same.

i am take mcn tv conection in nakshatrawadi but every 24hours cable break down min 2or3hours in important program.but they advance one month chargs why?pl.sent ansar or action on cable opretar.ya close my conection &refund you collected mony ext settopbox
