    Dear sir

    I am writing this mail hoping that higher authorities will look into the matter and suggest for betterment if they really care for their employees.

    Here are some points which needs to be think on by higher management body if tech mahindra policies are really fair for everyone.

    1.employees are being treated as slave and not an employees.

    2.Being brand name also everywhere there is partiality

    3. HR Turaya is also not fair and not supportive for employees problem. She directly say to contact to your TL or else come up with your TL and she is more in favour of TL and managers.Not retain any associate who are in notice period.

    4.Mr.Shantanu and Abhishek sir have told us you will not be ask to leave though you have not cleared versant but there won't be any increment in salary and no bonus will b there.

    5.Associates are being forced to resign under ZTP policies.

    6.Why u have taken re versant test of three associates only and not of all who have not cleared.

    I request you to look into the matter and let the associates continue their job without versant or take re attempt of versant an allow them to continue because it is totally loss of associates as they have been hired without versant and now they have been told that they can't continue without versant if it is the case then why associates have been hired without versant.

    And also I am requesting you to take re versant of all PAN India associates under your supervision and see how many of them are getting cleared by their own..

    Last but not the least the most important part of idea process is quality when it comes to services to customer coz post good quality you will get more business but here you will see partiality in quality also with associates. Quality people are more bias towards their known associates and doing partiality with other associates

    Here I would like to mention one serious point regarding mail audit.each quality member does 30 email closures as per there target but still being quality people they gets many observations by the same thing is being ignore and higher management is not aware about this quality glitch.few activity I'd have been attach for your reference.

    Now my question is what ztp policy for this quality people who are doing mal practice will quality.

    Moreover all tls and manager s do not action mails other than easy mails duplicate mails and that to when there huge email flow at the month end.

    RTA people also don't have professional ethics how to talk with associates and when to talk.

    They are just feeling they are above than higher management.

    Suggestions for versant not clear people's
    1.same payment other process for who are not clear versant.
    2.To continue idea process only
    3.bonus which losses and 3 month time to search and leave job.

    For partiality as your company rule.

    Hoping to get positive response if it does really matter to name and brand tech mahindra.
