This is with regard to the ticket id 637712 that got closed today. I would like to reopen it as my query has not been properly handled. I was unable to use three cashback coupons of 300 each at the Pizza Hut outlet since they refused to accept it. And two days later my coupons got expired. Now I was informed that I will get one cashback coupon for 750rs instead. But that does not help me at all since the cashback coupon can be used only once in the app. I would like to have the same three coupons which I was not able to use instead of one since that is the only fair solution to this.
