    मेरी पेमेंट रुपए 19,000/- (उन्नीस हज़ार मात्र) दिनांक 19 दिस्म्बर 2021 मेरे द्वारा किया गया भुगतान रुका हुआ आ रहा है जिसकी ID 135302104761 है मैं चाहता हूँ की इस पर आपकी तरफ से आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जाए ताकि मेरी रुकी हुई धनराशि जल्दी से ट्रांस्फर हो जाए या मेरे खाते मैं वापस आ जाये

    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with two recent orders that I placed on your platform.

    On November 8, 2023, I ordered a body massager of rs 1399.00(Order ID: 403-2539593-9813160) via net banking, and on November 9, 2023, I made a separate purchase of a Redmi A2 handset (Order ID: 403-8658197-6656346) of rs 5299.00 using my credit card.
    Upon receiving a notification on November 10, 2023, indicating that both items would be packed in a single box, I was surprised to find only the body massager upon the actual delivery but reflected in Amazon app , both the items are delivered. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, my complaint remains unresolved, and there is uncertainty regarding the whereabouts of the missing Redmi A2 handset.

    I have already paid the full amount for both items and would appreciate your immediate attention to either returning the payment or facilitating the delivery of the missing product.
