I book hotel using my freeroom couple and when i go for check in it will charged extra 500 for the room

Extremely disappointed with the stay. Rating is 0 for the stay. Worst ambience. Forcefully taken extra charges. Bed and pillow was not clean.
Room was not mopped properly. I did my complete payment before check in,but manager called cheelapandi he was not allowing me to check in without paying him extra. I have dirty room pictures and payment history.

I was charged extra amount for my booking they have charged me total amount of 3300. When my booking amount is of 1653

I have already booked room but Oyo staff take extra charges against booking

I was charged extra amount at hotel. During booking i paid complete amount of 591 but at hotel they charged me extra 810 rupees and total amount become 1401 instead of 591
