    Dear Sir/Mam,

    My cust id - 138297329,always use gold sport channel with hd (Rs.716) in my 2 set top box.but in this month on 06th apr after recharging rs.716 only one connection is showing all the channel with hd but other connection is showing only free channel not even any other channel.WHY ???
    i called several times in your customer care number but they are not known anything even i request to transfer manager in customer care department but they are disconnect the line always.This is the service in your company.Pathetic!!!

    After any intimation how come change my package.

    Kindly update me as soon as possible and reply with correct connection.
