I made several purchases, and at the cash counter, the In-charge informed me about a promotion of "buy 1 son papri, get 1 free." Initially, he instructed someone to bring the additional free son papri. Unfortunately, due to a brief distraction, I left the counter without receiving the second item.

Upon realizing my oversight at the exit, I approached the security guard, explaining the situation. Despite my efforts and multiple requests to both the guard and the In-charge, I faced a regrettable and embarrassing situation.

As a visitor from Bangladesh, I have great affection for Kolkata, often considering it our "praner Sohor." I chose Kolkata for its warmth and familiarity, even though there is no direct air service to Dhaka. This incident has left me deeply disappointed in the service and the uncooperative attitude displayed by your security guard.

I have traveled extensively, attending events like MOTOGP in Delhi and exploring places like Kashmir. However, this experience has tarnished the positive impression I had of Vmart Mall and Kolkata. I believe that customer service is crucial in maintaining a positive relationship with patrons, and unfortunately, this incident fell short of expectations.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider measures to enhance customer satisfaction and the training of your staff. I trust that you will investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to prevent such incidents in the future.
