I want to know about the guarantee /warranty period your DVR and it's adapter.
I also want to know the location of your service center in Lucknow.

I got installed cp plus CCTV cameras at home for night surveillance, but camera recording at night does show almost invisible scenes. CCTV cameras installer company charged for night vision cameras, but almost black zero visibility is there at night. With some source of light cameras show dim shadow of passer-by but difficult to judge man or women is passing. If lights have to kept lighted (glowing) to have some darker shadow of passer-by then necessity of CCTV system does arise to have it.
Kindly look into the matter if cameras installed are actually night vision or ordinary.
