Sir,

I have sent an email to Sub Divisional Magistrate Manali wrt to above mentioned subject on 26.09.2018 to issue me a letter stating that no transoport is available on the above said date to Rohtang pass. But so for I have not received letter from the above office. As I have travelled to Manali on LTC tour, our office is insisting a letter from SDM office Manali. Please help me in this regard.
