Tried to Rape my wifeGourav Verma on 2018-10-05 16:09:15
Dear Sir,
With due respect I (Gourav Verma) beg to inform you that that my sister's (Priti Verma) husband Mr. Vikash Verma tried to rape with my wife Neha Verma. I informed all the incident to my sister but no action taken by her. As well as I informed the same to my parents also but they, told me to don't disclose it & forget all the incident. But me & my wife are not agree with my parents so they told us to get out from there home & never come again. But they did'nt taken any action action against Mr. Vikash Verma.
Mr. Vikas Verma address is Dhumka dudhani chowk, upper floor of State Bank of India. His contact number is -9973602299
So, please sir kindly take some action it's a humble request from my end.

It is therefore brought to your kind notice that u/s 79-3-(b) of Information Technology Act, 2000 kindly arrange to takedown the aforesaid number and replace the same with mobile number - 9470591002; as they are breaching the privacy and further that -
1. The said illegal content has been caused to be published by your website on the internet for which you are liable
to be prosecuted subject to your compliance to the provisions of section 79(2)(c) & (3)(b) of the
Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines)Rules, 2011.
2. In terms of the above provisions, you are hereby directed to epeditiously remove access to the aforesaid illegal
material/content mentioned above within 36 hours without vitiating the evidence in any manner.
3. Failure to comply with the aforesaid direction issued in terms of the provision of section 79 IT Act, 2000
will make you liable to be prosecuted for the abetment (Sec 84) or conspiracy or committing the offence
mentioned in the aforesaid FIR subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Further, failure to comply with the directions under section 91 of Cr.P.C is a punishable offence under section 174
of the I.P.C
4. Compliance within stipulated period may please be ensured and compliance reported to this office.
