I am again very disappointed with the service Richfeel is providing. Richfeel is cheating on their customers every single time, last time I ordered I received the wrong product, even this time I have received only half of my product, this is a serious issue, why is there a mistake every single time.
I made my online payment of Rs.4085/- on 8th of October for,
ANA DHT- 42 TAB (4 Bottles) @515/- each and I have received only 1.
ANA MINERALS - 60 TAB (1 Bottle) @ 1075/- each, I have received that.
ANA STRENGTH - 42 TAB (2 Bottles) @ 475/- each, and I have received only 1.
Total Amount of Products received is 2065/-.
Send me a torn bill of the same amount of product I purchased, but sending me only half of the product. So, I want to say a company like Richfeel doing this is completely shameful. Now I want to know what action are you going to take for this, and again do I need to wait for a month to get my actual product or are you going to refund my amount?
This is a complete harassment I am facing from your end, very disappointed. -

Order No. 578280 has been given on 09/11/20 and its payment has also been made online but I have not received its delivery yet and I have done many mails and calls but I have not received any reply. Please let me know what to do now. Then I have no option except RTI (also note that I am your regular customer) -

Dear sir
I was taking treatment on colaba branch from may 2019. One set (12 tst) of TST completed on 08 Mar 2020. They again recommended TST+Renewal(12 session) and I purchase that video your receipt no 141040 dated 08 Mar 2020.
After that lockdown happened. Now I was retired in Jan 21.inbetween so many times I went to colaba branch but that was closed.
Now it is requested that because of I m not taking facility so kindly return my amount of 9000.00 as earliest.
