Under warranty shoes are damaged I want, store manager was not clear with the process that it helps me or not I am upset with quality, give exchange of shoes or my money back.

On 17 Apr 2019, I have bought lotto shoe (at Rs3499.00) from lotto show room from Mahagun metro mall Ghaziabad UP. The shop keeper offered me with lucrative buy1get1 deal and finally I bought 2 pair of shoes in Rs 3499.00.
After reaching home I looked the other side of MRP tag which showed the offer price of Rs1199.00 (per shoe).
I have been charged high by a reputed brand and at a reputed location of Ghaziabad UP (Mahagun metro mall). This is a forgery for an innocent customer. I feel cheated by lotto showroom. The online price is also Rs1199. Take suitable action otherwise I will have to move to consumer court.
