Handset purchased on March'18.Now ph is not getting charged.charger ok.I visited 2day ur tinsukia centre.they have told charging board is 2b replaced,which is not available there.IS IT AVAILABLE AT UR CENTRE PL LET ME KNOW AT THE EARLIEST.WHY I AM 2 NEAR THE COST OF IT.IT IS INTERNAL PART.IT SHOULD BE BORN BY THE COMPY.AFTER PURCHASING THE PHONE AT A COST 30000 , JUST AFTER AN YEAR HOW INTERNAL PARTS GETS DAMAGED..

Dear sir,
I have a bought a new mobile samsung A30s in February. The problem i have been facing is that the volume key automatically works. Sometimes the volume goes down sometimes goes up automatically. Till now i have shown in the service centre 2times the one in the AT road. Yesterday i have also gone to the Service center they updated my software but the problem is still. Plz do the needfull
