when i was take the test
1.i checked my microphone it told me to pronounce some words i recorded and replayed it. It showed me its working
I started the test next minute
In section-1 i recorded pronounced all words which are displayed.. i thought the audio recorded
In section -2 when i played the sound i didn't listen the audio at all i was so confused
I didn't heard even for next 2 questions ..
I can't even shutdown my laptop... I pressed force restart and the laptop was forced restart .. after restart it showed me the warning 9 warnings left i scared and connected new headset after some 11 questions i heard the voice from audio... And the timer also was running until the laptop restarted i didn't have time to attempt few questions ..
And during section 3
They mentioned to type response when i typed the responce... I didn't see questions for audio 3
i didn't see 6-9 questions ... I called the below number provided yesterday it didn't connect
And i didn't received mail for test-3

I wanted to follow up on my application for which I cleared the Interview rounds on Nov 25,2023 and submitted all the required Documents on Nov 28, 2023.
I was told that my offer letter would be released the very next day as I was an Immediate Joiner.

Now It has been over 2 months and the Talent acquisition is just not responding to my calls or emails for some reason. They are not even trying to help me with any explanation for this matter.

A lot of my time is being wasted and I can't remain unemployed as I need to financially support my family.

I hope you understand and kindly help me with this Issue.
