I have purchased the flat 305 memolita Arihant Adita in jodhpur. Sale deed has been executed on 18 jan 2022. And the flat is ready to move. After one and half month of sale deed I have not received my possession letter as there were various issues in flat some were short out by your office but there have taken one and half month and I have visited so many times in your jodhpur office now society is charging the maintenance since feb when I talked to society manager sh. Madan Lal, he said that please come with the letter in written by Arihant officials. I talked with sh. D k Singh but he hands up that he can’t give me in writing. So why I paid this whereas the flat is still not in my possession. I have called to your office no +91 97820 11005 via Whtsapp call as Mr. D K Singh ji said but he has not received my call after that I called ms Poonam Dubey in Mumbai office but she is so arrogant and not listening my issue and always telling her nonsence type of wording. I am totally frustrated with your official please look the matter. And resolve my issue as soon as possible as I m living in rent and suffering the loss via rent and can’t shift in flat

Sir what is area devlopment charges. No dies charges . At the time of allotment of flat there is compulsary to provide car parking space but you have not mention in allotment letter. Now you have demanded car parking charges 1.75lac sir we don't want to purchase car parking.
