I had bought hicks thermometer a month ago (model DT-10. Batch no. 19116712) for Rs.180
But it has stopped working as it's not showing currect temperature. When we went to that medical store the person denied to replace the product and told us to contact the company for the complaint. I hope you would look into my matter.

Purchased a oval shape thermometer on 3/9/20 through sasta sundar outlet & found defect i.e,mercury not moving proper way through capillary tube,a small part of mercury always stable just mid portion of tube.
