First Service of ac is due. I am contacting your tollfree no from one week .No contact is shown .please provide me first service of ac.

I had complained for nonworking of my ac on 4rth october 2018 on customer care number and I was answered that I will get call from technician but I didn't recieve any call in last 3 days.Today I call again to customer care to ask regarding the technician the lady on the line is saying that they don't have any complaint
I asserted her that I am having recorded complaint call but she is not accepting and now she registered my complaint and ask to wait for technician call
From past 5 day I m without ac and the current heat doesn't allow me and my children to sleep .It is causing very much hazard to my physical and mental health.
I haven't seen this type of product and service with other companies.
I hope Videocon will take the quick action in this regard Otherwise I will have to go to consumer court
