I have purchased Air Cond./WG24850/Sansui HSN:84151010 through Flipkart in December 17 but due to extreme cold condition proper trial was not given/taken. When I started it today it not cooling my 10x12 ft room only. Sorry to inform you that ur available complaint pH r not working. I am unable andfed up to book my complent and feel cheated to purchased your product. I shall be highly appreciated if you arrange to sourt out my problem.

1st of all I want to bring to ur kind notice that ur customer care numbers are not working, when ever I m calling showing connecting and telling to email or sms.
2ndly I would inform you that my air conditioner 1 ton Sansui with 5 star is not working since one month, I m calling to ur customer care and not responding.
I have purchased Sansui air conditioner from Flipkart since 1 year back , I called to your local Sansui person and he said it’s a condenser problem , as the condenser is having warranty of 5 years, u need to replace the same.

HI,

I used to purchase the sansui 1.5 ton 5 star ac on flip kart in the month of nov 2017.
from past two months onward we are using it right now the ac cooling is not coming.i tried to cal customer care number of times but no one is responding and its continue sly telling the sms and gmail.
if the service is not available then y u people are mentioning that the warranty and blaming the people.
at least u people has to respond the cal and has to answer the queries.
if u can able to provide any service to the customer better to shutdown all the products if you and keep clam.
y are u blaming the people by giving the wrong numbers and the warranty of the product.
