Purchased a gray coloured tile of urs kajaria. Shop is ellora tiles parbhani. But he gave third class quality floor tiles. Surface of any tile is not matching. When I contacted to dealer he is not responding to me.
If u are taking care of it I will send detail to u.
I was fitted your tiles since 1999 but at that time i have been purchased that from different dealer. Now the ur dealer" ellora tiles "
Now He is saying that why u are purchased this... This company gives me such type of flooring tiles as no one quality....... Position is this only
If your tile surface is not to be levelling on plane surface, then why you are doing this.
One customer is doing complaint about your tile. You are not listening.
Its very bad about you and your dealer.

I, am a Kajaria tiles customer since ten years. Regret to inform you dealer at Kushalnagar. Kodagu Dist (Karnataka) Mr Dilip Rawal (Mob No 9481200895) is not at all a good representative. I wanted 2000 sqft of Kajaria tiles but he has not obliged and patronized the business. You are requested to advise the dealer to be pro active in his business otherwise all customers of this area may boycott your tiles. Please confirm action taken on the subject.

Purchased 30 boxes of kajaria tiles from SNS tile bazar, Nagole,Hyderabad with invoice no. Dt.31.10.2020 for am amount of Rs.13500.On opening of the boxes, number of tiles are broken in most of the boxes except 10-12 boxes.I managed to use maximum extent of tiles adjusting in sides.ìnspite of that one box which can not be used anywhere taken to shop and requested to replace it.He simply rejected and very non cooperative in responding.on enquiry it is known that this happened previously also he never cares customers requests.Requested to take necessary action in protecting customers rights and issue directions in this regard.Return the amount of one box cost.

I have shortage of kajaria serpentine grey tile. I have fitted half tile in elevation and now dealer is saying its not available in Lucknow. Please help me providing this tile so I can get the elevation completed as I bought the tile recently and now when I have fitted it and there is shortage it not available
