During BBMP tax payment it directed me to paUbiz website and is showing message "Payment has been processed but transaction is not yet complete." Despite From my account Rs.14524 has been deducted. Kindly resolve this issue.

Noida PE JAL payment transaction not complete.

I have sent Tution fee of my son at University of Petroleum and energy Studies last night for Rs. 68082/- inclusive bank fee from Student portal of UPES through your concern, but still I have not received any confirmation from University of receiving the said amount. Transaction Id is shown today 050004270600096 and also I am mentioning that yesterday after deposiding the said amount, a Transaction Id was shown at that time i,e, 050004270600059. The last date of depositing tution fee to University is 2nd January,2019. Please I am very much worried about this transaction. Please arragne to solve the problem.
