I have booked my bus in goibibo app on 20.06.2018 and sum ofrupees 765 was deducted from my account but booking not confirmed. I contacted goibibo customer care they told me to once again book for the same They Said me that the deducted money will credited to the account.Till now it's not credited.please raise an SR for that and do the needful.
