Complaint Worst service and no product warrany

    I have Gionee SPlus Model and after 2Yrs I am facing charging problem. My phone is not charge properly, So on 18th June 2018, I go to the Gionee Service Center in Uttam Nagar, Metro Pillar No. 669, Where they told me that Charging Circuit of your Phone will be changed and data cable also will change.My Total billing amount is Rupees 770/- for the same. But after 3 days the circuite and the cable is burnt and they said that we are not responsible for the same. Then tell me who are responsible?


    We all people go the gionee service Center for repairing because we trust them but they said its not our fault. I am not happy with the Gionee Service Center they all are sitting there for earning money not for Customer Help.
