Complaint Regarding excessive metre reading

Sir,
This is to submit that my Consumer number is-SK 12878,Flat no-201,B'Block Sai Residency Apartment,Baliguma issue is that my metre is not functioning well and showing false metre reading that is causing excessive metre reading subsequently electricity bill is coming too higher than it should have been.
Hence kindly either get it repaired or get it replaced
I shall be obliged to you for this kindness, if treated in urgent .did complain orally in this regard but nothing was done.kindly see the matter.
