Dear sir I am using my BSNL NO. 9430168759 from the last three years, suddenly it stop working not showing any signal tower in mobile phone also showing a message EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY.I think the SIM got corrupted. Inspite of terminating my connection in November 2019, still every month e-bill is coming to me. Twice I went to the office and complained, but still no step has been taken to stop producing my bills.

I recharged my no.with Rs.1498 on 30.5.22. As my out going was blocked, I again topped it with Rs.220 on 30.5.22. It was again blocked to my surprise. I am a customer of bsnl prepaid mobile. Now I want to install bsnl broadband but office staff demand money about 15000 rupees.

My bsnl new post paid card Sim of mobile no.9431142999 has been issued yesterday on 10.04.2023 at 12.30pm from ranchi csc Shaheed chowk against lost Sim card of same mobile number. Still it has not been activated and number has to be unlocked as it was earlier locked due to lost of earlier Sim. Request for unlock has been submitted to csc ranchi.
