My techno phone battery is not charging by the techno charger and any other charger

I have a Tecno IN5
but that screen colors are automatically charged contras level it's high colours level it's high and brightnes level it's low

so what is the problem I don't know
can you pls sugest for this problem

and phon not fall down no contact in a water and never repeir phon it's ok no any one problem

So why come to it's problem
