Sir,
This is very very bad service support from TCL .no body is intrested to respond,I complined to TCL on NOV 3 2021, till know no responce from TCL , I wrote mail to support@TCL.com but no responce from there.it is very very bad bad. -

Sir i am from andhra pradesh avanigadda the problem has raised 4 months before i told to ashok sir also but he is not responding your service is too poor your company is too waste please solve problem quick
