    Dear Sir

    I am Vijay Venkateswarlu my Sun Direct Smart card number is 10285451760 as we have shifted from Tumkur to Kakinada, since two weeks and unable to install the antenna . I have already sent many mails for addressing the above issue, So i request you to do the needfull at the earliest.

    Recharged my smart card41056762433with payment of RS.591on4.7.19at kakinada sunshine branch.It was activated on 4.7.19itselfwith all relevant channels being displayed.But from 5.7.19.onwards only hmt channel is coming and no other channel.kindly check up &rectifyTransactionid251482929 cR1808236

    I want to know the recharge plan for telugu channels on my dish number 10579667196
