Pepsi refrige not working I complaint two before no response so immeiatly ready for refrigetor.other wise another company change.refrigator no_97020110.

Hello i purchased a topicana 500ml guva juice bottle on 15th Oct 2020 On consuming it. i found a thin rubbery cloud in it and smelling badly. I immeditely made a complaint on your customer care number who assured me to get a call back in next 24 hrs which they did'nt. We have been a regular customer of Pepsico Products and it is a shock to see such a substandard product. Now , i don't feel like consuming the juice left in bottle.
After that we have written many mails to customer care but there is no responce from your side.
We sent all details like Batch no. etc.
Will someone help.
