at richfell pimpri they canceled my appointment three time for a single RT and i faced many problem because of this and now decided tht will not use any system further as the the service provided by richfeel is very bad and also thay are nit followibng thier ommitment .

I'm Satendra Singh Chauhan from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. I visit Agra clinic in October 2019 for hair issue Dr. Suggest me for hair transplant and I agree for this and he said me charges for transplant and medicine 62180/-

I deposited 8000 cash and rest amount from Liqui Loan which service provide by clinic and all 9 EMI of Rs.6020/- i paid to liqui loan against 54180 Rs. Loan.

Dr. Said when your surgery date has come we will call you. When I call a staff member of Agra rich feel clinic he said Agra clinic is closed and I'm.not working with rich feel.

Till 6th June 2021 I have not received any phone call and update from Richfeel.
Now Ineed refund my all amount I don't want to get transplant.

I do all transaction from my account.

If you are not able to help me i will have to go in consumer form.

On date 1/9/2019

Due to my health issues ie Hypertension
And COVID period
My hair transplant surgery not done

My health issues was not in control
That's why I have cancelled my hair transplant surgery

So please it's humble request to you plz refund my surgery amount

I sent customer care mails number of times regarding my refund but yet no one revert back???
Plus not happy with richfeel at all.
