Non repair of LED tvA J Borah on 2018-09-12 17:02:01
I put a complaint of my led tv 42" 6900 series. accordingly service engr came and intimated that mother board to be replaced.
More than 15 days gone neither parts replaced nor any intimation provided to me on my contact number 9923039931.
Please look into the matter and do the remedial measure as early as possible.

Most portion of the TV screen appears black (Model: PFL3738/V7K2).
As it seems to be panel issue, kindly tell me how much will it cost for panel replacement. -
