I purchased this mobile from Amazon. It catches Wifi all data related jobs except downloading the apps is accomplished. What to do for downloading the apps. Sometimes thiugh the insterument shows that WiFi connected data is not downloaded.

I purchased Eluga X1 Pro two months back. The instrument is not downloading Apps and many time does not catch WiFi connection though the instrument indicates that WiFi is connected. I am living in Rohini. Please help to locate nearby service centre as the cetres being shown on various sites are since closed
