Very bad service in polar company .my fan is very damage and my fan is slowly.complaint service very bad

I have purchased polar fan july 17 but now this time speed is very slow please suggest me

I brought a standfan from cantorment delar shop after 1mounth used one of the fan blead are broken after I have complen customer cear they send someone and solve the issue,but after 11mounth same problem come the fan blead broken.I am very much desatisfied with the quality of fan,I call several time to the customer care they say send some one ..but 7 days gose no one come..this is the service you give us..please look in to the matter solve the issues

Polar service in Azamgarh is very very bad after 15 days complaint not solve many time complain but not solve.
