With due respect to you I request you to kindly give my credit for loss incurred by me due to the defaulter TM--M\s Amrapali Aadya trading and investment private limited asap since blue chips stocks kept in my demat account and transferd by the defaulter company to their pool account without any of my consent or permission are rising in the stocks markets steadily and if we are going to get the refund amount as per claim form the present day value may increase considerably thus incurring a loss to us.

Even after more than eight months of filing the claim I,pooja gandotra have not recieved any communication mail\postal by you and my hard earned money invested by me for myself and my siblings future is sill not recieved by me.
Kindly clear my dues as early as possible to reimpose my faith and trust in stock- exchange of the country which has always stood by the rights of humble investors like me.
I had invested my hard earned money to secure my future in form of securities with full faith in National Stock Exchange of INDIA.
With one of its TM defaulting I still had trusted that the NSE with backing for investor protections funds will give all my dues in the form of claim filed by me or will transfer my securities to my account which have been fraudently transferred from my demat account to pool account of the defaulter company .
Kindly transfer all the scrips transferd from my demat account by Amrapali Aadhya to my new demat account alloted by CDSL ie

Kindly also transfer the amount of refund for scrips which are not avaliable with the defaulter company account and all the benefits arisen out of the same till the date of transfer of scrips plus my margin money kept with (Amarpali)the defaulter company.
The delay in clearing my claim is giving me substantional finiacial losses as

kindly also transfer the amount of refund for which securities are not available with exchange plus the corporate benefits and the margain money kept with the defaulting member.
An early action in this regards is required to reimpose my faith and trust in the stock exchange.
