not able to contact customer care

I have given my sherwani on rent since past 1year and I havnt received even a single rupee of my rent.
I have been sending e-mail since long however no action yet on the email.

I have rented my outfit for last 6 months.. no information is provided to me.. i was told that it was rented once but no money was given to me for 3 months.. they kept my outfit and said it will be rented at least 6-10 times a year.. but now they don’t even bother to provide info about it
