    Dear Team,
    I am customer of your organization and already buyed a Sony mobile, Model is - Sony Xperia XA1 Black and product ID is -202902.
    As informed you that Sony Xperia XA1 Black model is buyed by me last five months ago and justify by the store holders warenty period is 1 year and anything msshappaning with the phone we will repaire without demand of any cost insted of your phone should not physically damaged and water damaged.My concern is in last month i was faced the touched problem with my headset and i have already repoted to this issue(GAN No.--DEL270618WS00146) to the concern person and the orgnization. They looked the problem and after analysed they demand 4700 hundred amount to me.My question is why i will pay the demand amount within the warenty period after depply observing the problem by your store member.they looked there is no physically damaged as well as water damaged.

    Purchased Samsung Referigeration double door from Preet Vihar , delhi
    They offered a cash back of 6000/- if we get converted into Emi 6 m & pay by HDFC credit card
    No interest will be charged on Emi’s only amount we will have to pay
    Now Hdfc bank is charging interest as well as gst on Emi
    If this is your system of giving wrong information to clients pls confirm
    We don’t have any other way rather than to talk somewhere else

    I hope this is a small issue please get it cleared
    Your store has turned deaf & dumb to calls
