    I had purchased Gigabyte motherboard and Adata Hard disk from Kochi. Within warranty its motherboard failed thrice. I took it to Gigabyte service centre in Kochi. The most inhuman and irresponsible right from the front desk to the Escalation contact Mr Sreekumar EK +91-9895099231.

    Since first time the tech has been promising that it will be replaced again if stop working. twice I took it lightly but when it again failed 3rd time I had sent to the service centre for replacement. As I was unable to go as I have already taken 4 leaves for visiting this service centre and i had short of leaves. They again repaired and tried giving back to my father. Hence I asked to connect me to the tech who was saying the motherboard dint turn on due to some physical damage. This mother board was inside the cabinet and working ..so how can he say its a physical damage ? I escalated to Mr Amal, so called manager . He was repeating the same but had no intention to stick on to their previous commitment of replacing. I explained him that during this warranty period my computer was dead 3 times due to motherboard and once due to Hard disk and previously you had committed to replace if this repeats. That irresponsible manager was just repeating what his tech was saying without even listening to what I am going through. I had bought this for a class xth Student. And 4 times for more than a week the system is dead. So I asked them to stick on to their promise. They were stubborn.

    I went to their website and took contact point of Gygabyte in Kerala , Mr Suresh, a big brother to Amal in the case of irresponsibility. When I explained the complete story he told he will check and do the needful to replace if it has gone wrong more than once. I waited for a days but no response. When I called him mentioning my name and motherboard issue he don't even remember what was my complaint. When I again narrated the story he says. Its physical damage if I want he can connect me to the same old Mr Amal , Manager. And when I asked him as per escalation metrix isn't it your responsibility to ensure that the replacement happens as this is getting repeated. He says I have only the same thing what the tech has to say. When I explained my problem of taking leaves and the complications there, he says its a simple process there even though its a multiple visit. And they are not ready to replace it. My father after spending more than 1 hour had to leave without getting the replacement.

    When Adata Harddisk had gone wrong I had given it to Adata and they replaced which took almost a month. After that as I was out of station and I wanted the system to be used urgently at home, I took my friends help to collect the same. I called up their office and requested that I am calling using the registered number and I am in urgent need, I dont have the invoice locally available, hence pls handover the HD to my friend and share the invoice copy with my friend. I told I can even send an official email to them authorising my friend to collect the same. The same Manager Mr Amal told me that I need to ask my friend to buy a 50 Rs stamp paper and write a request on stamp paper. I told them if they already have a stamp you may give I will pay for the same. He told providing Stamp paper does not come under their purview, And after spending almost 30-40 minutes he had to return without collecting the same.

    Above 2 are my own personal experiences which clearly says how arrogant and unprofessional they are. I demand justice Gygabyte.
