First I register a complaint on Nov 21st 2019 regarding audio is audible but no picturization. After that service man told back light issue. He told I will ordered a back light once it will reach I will service. After few days I am waiting. Again i enquiry about that back light Still ur answer waiting for dispatched. Around three weeks completed. This is poor response from your update. Here after I won't suggest vu brand to anyone. I am not complaint about service. I complaint about the product delivered delayed.
